Prices are in USD unless noted. We try to keep stock accurate but occasionally an item sells out between your add-to-cart and checkout. If that happens we'll email you and refund immediately. We reserve the right to limit quantities (mostly to prevent resellers grabbing limited drops).

The book, the rules, the brand, the website design — they're ours. Don't reproduce them commercially without permission. Want to use a quote from the book in your wedding speech? Go for it. Want to print "The 3 Rules" on t-shirts and sell them? Email us first.
The book and the rules are an opinion about how to enjoy golf, not a substitute for the actual Rules of Golf as published by the USGA and R&A. Don't try to use a Muffin Shot in a USGA-sanctioned event. They will say no.
The site and products are provided "as is." We do our best, but we don't guarantee uptime or that every order will be perfect. (When something's wrong, we make it right — see returns.)
Our total liability to you for anything related to these terms or our products is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limit, in which case your local law applies.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date reflects changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to arbitration in Delaware
