We send you a prepaid USPS label within one business day. Pack it up, drop it off.
Refund hits your card within 5 business days of us scanning the package.
Same process. Email us. Tell us what size or color you want instead. We send a label, ship the new item free as soon as we receive the return — usually faster, since we trust you.
If we sent you the wrong thing or something arrived damaged: email orders@muffingolf.com with a photo. We replace it free, no return needed in most cases.
If you got a Muffin Golf item as a gift and it doesn't work, no problem. Email us with the order number from the gift receipt (or just the recipient's name + ZIP). We'll issue store credit so the giver isn't told.
